Countdown to your wedding!

12-18 months:

• Book Kaldi's for your reception
• With the aid of our Wedding Co-ordinator, plan your celebrations for after the ceremony
• Discuss approximate numbers, style of reception and any special requirements
• Book photographer, entertainment, cars, etc
• Order your wedding cake
• Compile your guest list
• Choose bridesmaids, best man & ushers
• Book your honeymoon

6 months:

• Finalise your wedding guest list
• Have fittings for your wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses and men's outfits
• Shop for your “going away” outfit
• Order wedding stationery (invitations, order of service, etc)
• Book a florist

3 months:

• Discuss final arrangements with florist
• Buy wedding rings and attendant's gifts
• Make appointments with hairdresser & beautician
• Post wedding invitations

1-2 weeks:

• Arrange final appointment with Wedding Co-ordinator
• Organise wedding rehearsal
• Make final checks with car company, photographer, etc
